Nice holiday at Olea Luxury Apartments

We loved the apartment, it has everything you need: the kitchen is well equiped; 2 AC , nice furniture that fitted my family with 2 children. The pool is very nice and clean. Location is near the marina, in a quiet part of Nikiti, just right when you enter the city. The check in was smooth- by a lockbox with a code we received. We defenetly recomend the apartments.

Quite, comfortable apartment in Nikiti

A nice apartment within a recent complex. The apartment is very well equipped, with good appliances and kitchen tools. Nice central pool with beautiful plants. Also a playground for children. In June it was very quite, likely because few places were full. All our request were met by the property.

The neighborhood is still much under development. There were works going on during the day and the access streets are not great, although easily drivable. Could not find a garbage dumpster in the streets around the property.

Amazing place to stay at. All the facilities you need in your vacation are available. It’s clean and well maintained. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walking distance.

Perfette vacanze in famiglia

Il posto ideale dove trascorrere le vacanze in famiglia! Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questo appartamento di recente costruzione e dotato di ogni confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, stendino, asse e ferro da stiro, per citarne alcuni). La struttura possiede una piscina con due vasche, per accontentare grandi e piccoli, ed è presente anche una zona giochi con scivoli e altalene. Appartamento pulito, con cambio letti e lenzuola ogni 4-5 giorni. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la gentilezza e la discrezione della proprietaria nell'accertarsi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento e che avessimo tutto il necessario. Davvero consigliato!

Schöne Anlage mit Pool; beim Apartment müsste man Abstriche machen;

App. Nr. A11: Moderne Anlage, gute Ausstattung, gute Lage nicht weit zum Meer und an den Hafen, schöner Pool;

Bei Ankunft war das Apartment etwas lieblos hergerichtet und nur grob gesäubert; die Oberflächen der Möbel waren etwas unsauber und staubig; es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeit für 4 Personen im Apartment; nur auf der Terrasse; die Lage der Terrasse ist sehr ungünstig, dort fehlt die Privatsphäre;

Hübscher Komplex jedoch mit Einschränkungen

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön und wirkt gepflegt. Der Pool ist super, die Liegen mit Schirmen auch, der Spielplatz für Kinder sehr süß auch wenn kein Schatten vorhanden ist. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht, diese hatte auch alles, was man benötigt inkl. Sonnenschirmen für den Strand.

Wir waren Ende Mai dort und man hat gemerkt, dass die Saison noch nicht gestartet hat. Das heißt, wir haben erst das Apartment A11 bekommen; das Apartment war schmutzig, inkl. Tieren im Bett. Wir wissen bis heute nicht, ob die Reinigungsfrauen dies absichtlich gemacht haben, um der Besitzerin eins auszuwischen. Wir wollten keinesfalls dieses Apartment behalten und haben dann nach ein paar Stunden Reinigungsarbeit das Apartment A15 bekommen. Vom Prinzip her war es gleich aufgebaut, die Terrasse war jedoch größer und schöner und auch die Ausstattung wirkte neuer. Da hatte ich mich schon gefragt, wieso wir nicht von Anfang an das hübschere A15 bekommen haben, zumal es leer stand und der Preis der gleiche war. Nun gut. Das zweite Apartment war dann auch sauber, aber dennoch schwang die ganzen Tage über ein leichter Ekel von dem ersten dreckigen Apartment mit. Die Besitzerin war Mega nett, es tat ihr auch sehr leid und sie meldete sich jeden Tag ob alles gut sei. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ich finde aber, man müsste nur dann in der Vorsaison Apartments anbieten, wenn man sicher gehen kann, dass der Sauberkeitsstandard genauso eingehalten werden kann wie in der Hauptsaison. Zumal es jetzt auch nicht super günstig war. Zudem sollte bei Booking.com klarer werden, dass der Complex nicht einem einzigen Unternehmen gehört, sondern dass einzelne Wohnungen verschiedene Besitzer haben; teils private Wohnungen von Griechen, teils verschiedene Vermieter. Somit sitzt man vor Ort fest, wenn man mit der gewünschten Unterkunft nicht zufrieden ist (wie eben Ungeziefer im Bett).
