Nice and relaxing

The place is awesome. The view from the balcony is stunning. The host was really helpful and kind, tried to provide anything we needed during our stay.

The beach right in front of the house is rocky, but still provides perfect view to the sunset. Тhe shower and shower stall are difficult to use, and the bathroom is on a reverse slope and is constantly flooded

A memorable stay and a fantastic host!

Cristina is a gem : she's always smiling and kindly agreed to our requests and even offered us a late checkout graciously. The apartment is beachfront with a great balcony seaview even better than on the photos. It is very spacious with a practical kitchen, has WiFi and a warm shower. Guests can also BBQ (charcoal) their food in the garden! Located on the quiet side of town and 5 min walk from everything, it is a perfect base for a stay in the peninsula, only an hour ride from airport and a quick drive from the most beautiful beaches or boat rental spots.

The location was very good, the rooms were large and we had a balcony with a sea view

The floor from the bathroom was almost all the time full of water, it was impossible to have a shower without a flood. The cleaning service was very limited, during our 8 nights stay, only in one day the rooms were cleaned. The bedroom had a window without a blind and it was terrible to sleep with the morning light. The trash has to be taken in the street, they don’t have a trash container in the yard and they don’t take the trash. They do not have even trash bags in the room we had our owns.

We had a very nice stay, we had the room upstairs which meant we couldn't directly access the beach (we had to go round the street) but it was ok, the beach is super close anyway. They let us use the lounge chairs on the beach. The wifi was great, we worked from there and it was more than ok. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was super clean and the host very friendly!

The bathroom could be improved, when you take a shower it's almost impossible not to flood a bit the floor (maybe add a second shower door) but we had hot water so that was good :)

Excellent value for the money!

We returned this year as we had a very delightful trip in 2021. We were glad to see that the things haven't changed and that is for the most part a good thing. You get an apartment with seaside view and balcony perfect for those early coffees. The neighborhood is quite peaceful.

The water has so much pressure that it makes quite some noise.

Great location, excellent service

Our apartment had a seaside view which was a delight for all the members of the family. It was very clean. The property is very close to the port and the center of Nikiti. You can drive to some beaches that are relatively close or you can use the beach in front of the property.

Die Gastgeberin - Christina, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Tochter hat uns bei der Abreise mit unserem Gepäck zum Busplatz gefahren.
