It was a booking for my son, and he ended up running really late on his drive. They were really helpful and welcomed him late. We really appreciated that they were so flexible

Exceptional

We had a night stopover at a very warm 40 degrees. The apartment was pleasantly cool, very nice and clean and is in a quiet area, very nice landlord. Everything necessary was arranged nicely. We gave the highest rating because we also had nothing to complain about.

mi sono trovata bene è comodo al centro e alla fiera di Parma quello che interessava a noi

considerato che è un'appartamento era tutto confezionato e c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta macchina del caffè e piastra per scaldare tutto comodo e buono. Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

L'accueil tardif sans difficulté (merci ). Le petit déjeuner bien : il y a tout ce qu'il faut .

Pour revenir sur le petit déjeuner : ont aimeraient un peu moins d'industriel . meme si c'est compliqué .!! manque aussi un peu de contact .... meme si là aussi c'est compliqué !!.

tutto OK, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Non una semplice camera ma quasi un appartamento, anche se semiinterrato.

Occorre un condizionatore in camera da letto. Sistemerei lo specchio del bagno leggermente difettoso.

Molto Buono

La struttura e su un seminterrato e composta da tre grandi stanze, Camera da letto, Sala colazione e Bagno, con entrata indipendente e parcheggio di fronte casa, il proprietario e molto affabile e ben disposto a soddisfare ogni eventuale esigenza, in zona ci sono servizi pubblici che in breve tempo ti portano in città, e la zona e ben assistita da negozi di varia natura e un supermercato a pochi passi. La colazione è da ammirare non manca nulla dalle briosh, alla frutta fresca marmellate e fette biscottate e naturalmente latte e caffe. Vi è la presenza in casa del proprietario di alcuni cani (che non circolano per la struttura) che se presi nel modo giusto si dimostrano mansueti e cordiali.

il wifi è di bassa recebilità, basterebbe un amplificatore di segnale (anche di basso costo) per migliorarne la qualità, la stessa cosa anche per il segnale tv. Questo nulla toglie a ciò che di buono c'è nella struttura.

La pulizia del bagno dovrebbe essere migliorata, sarebbe necessario anche un lavabo nella zona cucina. Per chi ha intolleranze, bisognerebbe prevedere di mantenere la colazione nelle sue confezioni originali così da poter vedere gli ingredienti

Camera spaziosa e zona silenziosa. Bagno e doccia molto spaziosi. Proprietario molto disponibile ha sostituito immediatamente phon non funzionante. Posizione strategica vicino a tutti servizi. Centro storico facilmente raggiungibile, in macchina circa 10 min

Purtroppo la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, non adeguata ad una struttura a pagamento. Biancheria da bagno e da letto logora e non profumata di pulito. Zona colazione ed elettrodomestici non puliti, non ne abbiamo neanche usufruito e non abbiamo fatto colazione. Giardino esterno un po' abbandonato a se stesso

Il mio migliore soggiorno a Parma, e ci vado molto spesso.

Posto meraviglioso, accoglienza e cortesia meravigliosa. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, si è perfino preoccupato fossimo arrivati in stazione a tarda ora e si è proposto di darci un passaggio. Troppo gentile.

Il luogo era perfetto e ho apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza e la cura al dettaglio. Non sono riuscito a trovare un difetto.

Confortevole e rilassante.

L'appartamento è super carino, con tutti i confort. I proprietari disponibili e simpatici. C'è parcheggio gratuito davanti la struttura, è leggermente fuori dal centro città. Torno sempre qui quando sono di passaggio a Parma.

Penserei anche ad altre alternative per la colazione per chi ha intolleranze .
