SP Tourist Hotel Jaffna

The bed and the pillows were very comfy and room had aircon. TV with local and international channels. Tea/coffee making facilities and a common Iron in the hall Lovely staffers, who organized tasty breaky.

The shower water has no pressure. You got to wait 2-3 min before the hot water kicks in. But then it will take another 2-3 mins to have it at the right mixed tempreature. The room has a pungent smell when I walked in

Food is do delicious. Support of the staff also good.

Tv was not working.

It was nice and clean with lift to travel and carry luggage The staff was very supportive

I couldn’t get the room i booked as they had a missue with booking.com site yet they upgraded my room to luxury room

We were a little unsure of the entrance on arrival. The room was pleasant but the bedding needs improvement. We had a sheet on the bed that wasn't big enough to remain secured so found myself waking on a bare mattress. There needs to be a mattress protector and super king-size bedding to fit the bed. The room is big enough to accommodate chairs fir relaxing though there were none A kettle is supplied but there was no socket so had to be plugged in next to the bed. They have a restaurant but it doesn't appear open however the 2nd night we were there we did use it as there was a board outside so maybe its part time
