    This hotel really knows how to treat its guests like royalty. They checked up on me when I wasn’t feeling well, and asked me if I ever needed anything. Confident to say that this might be the best hotel in Jaffna. I visited 4 cities in Sri Lanka, and Jetwing was the best hotel of my trip. The location is right next to a grocery store, and town. Not a single complaint. Thank you Jetwing team, and keep up the great service!

    I strongly recommend this excellent hotel. The restaurant is one of the very best for food and service in Jaffna with well qualified and attentive waiters.

    The room I was offered was very good but the wash basin in the bathroom had a distinct crack which had been glued back but very visible and looked off putting. I alerted the reception who immediately offered me a satisfactory alternative room.

    I was told I could cancel before 24 hours. I had to cancel about 30 hours ahead for medical reasons. But no refund was provided. The rigidity is not good. Price is higher than other hotels but to retain the customers service has to be more flexible.
