Good location

No kids play area to entertain kids

The hotel was very well kept, the food was excellent, especially the breakfast, the staff were really helpful

The location was fantastic, the first impressions (foyer and driveway) were lovely, the food was very very good and we experienced excellent service (especially the Restaurant, Front Desk and Security).

The maintenance was terrible... the room had dirty and torn blinds, dirty/burnt lamp shades, dirty tiles in the bathroom and an ironing board that belongs in a scrap heap. House Keeping had also taken away, or not left any, cutlery or crockery in the kitchenette... thereby rendering the microwave, cooktop and sink completely useless ... negating the advertised concept of a suite ("all-suite hotel"). On the second morning, we discovered that even the sole teaspoon the suite had to make coffee, had been removed by Housekeeping. Not the experience that you expect at a hotel that charged about USD 125 per night.
