    We often stay in Northgate when we visit Jaffna. The Hotel has maintained its high standard of cleanliness, facilities and a great breakfast buffet and meals at all times. The staff are very helpful, professional and courteous. No doubt we will book next time we visit Jaffna.

    The rooms are large. The food is good. The staff are helpful. My only criticisms are of the coffee (bad) and there isn't truly hot water in the shower.

    Fantastic Hotel. I really appreciate the Staffs. Very polite,Helpful. I want to special Thanks to Our Tour guide cum Driving person Mr. Prasanth . Very knowledgeable person in all the Topics.
