The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and tidy. The location was fantastic and walking distance to the main sights and shops.
Although our room and the reception area were great, the dining area was a bit run down and the buffet breakfast wasn't quite as good as other places. This was a minor detail and we would happily stay there again.

Really enjoyed your breakfast & thelocation is a superb spot to be in Jaffna 1st room shower was bad & the room lights are very dim cannot work if required
