Arachchi Heritage

Great architecture, brutalist like. We loved the house, room, and pool. Food was amazing as well (dinner+ breakfast)

Just that the room Windows did not close properly which led to insects coming in at night.

Arachchi Heritage has definitely been one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The property is beautifully designed, with superb sense of architectural style that blends perfectly into its natural surroundings. The huge windows make you feel as if you’re living in the middle of the nature, bringing the outside in. Everywhere you look there’s greenery, birdsong, and a wonderful sense of peace. The different seating and relaxation areas are all thoughtfully designed, each inviting you to slow down and enjoy the setting. What made the stay truly special, though, was the host family. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making you feel less like a guest and more like a friend visiting their home. Their hospitality is exceptional. The food deserves a special mention as well. It was absolutely superb. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care, showcasing wonderful Sri Lankan flavors. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful place surrounded by nature, with outstanding hospitality and fantastic food, I couldn’t recommend Arachchi Heritage more highly. We would love to come back.
