We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Matera. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to explore the Sassi on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique, offering a truly authentic experience.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel very welcome and were happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality products.
The only point that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. It was unavailable or unstable for much of our stay, and at times it wasn’t possible to do even basic tasks such as browsing the internet or checking messages.
Aside from that, everything was excellent. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Matera.
