This hotel is in an outstanding location in the heart of Matera's old town, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo and practically right next to stop #5 of the Linea Sassi bus. The room was a beautiful, traditional cave-style accommodation that was extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Pasquale, who provided exceptional directions on how to find the property—it was so clear and easy to follow that we didn't even need to use the Booking directions.

Great find next to the main Sassi area in Matera. It’s easy to reach on foot, but make sure to check with the host for the best route as we didn’t do this and ended up getting lost in the stairs 😀
Overall, we had a positive experience.
A small improvement point: the breakfast could include more fresh options.
