Studio Charme et Confort aux Cordeliers

The characterful old building, the great location, the comfortable bed, good shower, air conditioning and a fan which helped us stay a little cooler during the heat wave.

Nothing really, although worth being aware that the studio is up two flights of stairs.

Central position in Lyon. Nespresso available. Very appreciated

No compliment bottles of water available at our arrival into the apartment. We arrived late for flight late landing...so at least a bottle should have been made available

I absolutely loved the history of the building and the location.

Location Location Location , good facilities.

Firstly, accommodation only had one inadequate pillow each on the bed and if you wanted anymore, you had to pay a fee for a bolster and two extra pillows. Any basic hotel or accommodation always has two pillows each and it’s a little bit greedy to expect people to pay for a second pillow. The accommodation itself is set between two buildings in the middle of two stairways with limited daylight coming in. On the ground floor there are two commercial kitchens , one on either side of the studio with lots of noise and food smells. One side also hosts the bins for residents and delivery access for one of the kitchens. No proper aircon, so windows have to be opened for ventilation, would certainly not wish to stay here in the height of summer. Owner a little intense with looking for feedback on second and fourth day instead of waiting until our visit had finished.
