A big mistake!

Location

Excessive number of steep stairs both inside and outside the room. The room is on the top floor and you have to carry your luggage up five flights of stairs. When you open the door to the room, there is another very steep staircase without a handrail. Inside the room there is yet another equally steep staircase to reach a space where there is a double bed and you cannot stand upright.

Absolutely nothing.

The shower curtain was useless and the water went everywhere. The carpet had stains on it. The room was so small that I had to climb over the foot of the bed to get in. I had booked 3 nights but just stayed 1, it was horrible.

Easy way to Check in and out

The stairs on the ground floor have been full of (dirty?) laundry-bags Hard to get upstairs with the own baggage. Written contact only in french. A third small towel was missing. A keybox with combination lock would be safer than a key hanging in the door lock.

No one cleaned the rooms for the 3 days Going up the stairs with luggages was a nightmare -it was not mentioned that there is no lift and we have to clime 4 floors to reach the room. We hardly have seen anyone in the reception There is no note for how to use the room door keys

Lo mejor (y casi lo único) a destacar de este alojamiento es la ubicación, inmejorable.

No repetiría. El precio, para la zona, es bastante bueno, pero es lo único salvable. Al llegar ya tuvimos el primer problema. Después de haberles pedido recomendación para aparcar nos mandaron el documento tipo, recomendándonos dos aparcamientos que en la época en la viajábamos, siempre están cerrados. Al llegar al alojamiento (pequeño, viejo y sucio, pero bueno, asumible por el precio/zona) nos dimos cuenta de que el desagüe del lavabo, chorreaba, no un goteo, si no como un grifo. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento por el chat, por whatsapp y por un teléfono que aparecía. Por escrito no nos contestaron. Por teléfono cogieron el teléfono, hablé inglés y la persona que me atendió me contestó en este idioma, hasta que dije que tenía un problema y, de repente, ya no me entendía, me dijo que por texto, volví a escribir y, de nuevo, ninguna respuesta. El problema del lavabo no se resolvió por lo que tuvimos que estar poniendo la basura debajo y vaciándola. Pero, sin duda, lo peor fue la sensación de timo de intentar contactar y sentirte totalmente estafada. SI PODÉIS EVITARLO, NO VAYÁIS

Un excellent séjour dans un endroit propre, agréable et très bien situé.

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, très bien situé près de la cathédrale. Le logement était très propre, calme et confortable. Tout était bien organisé et agréable. Franchement, un très bon séjour.

Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé. Il n’y a aucun point négatif.

Das Zimmer war nicht gut, die Lage dafür umso besser. Für kurze Aufenthalte optimal, für mehr als zwei Tage unkomfortabe

Kein Fahrstuhl, enge Treppen, nicht besonders sauber, kein Personal vor Ort, Check-Inn dadurch etwas kompliziert, wenn man die Zugangscodes nicht beide per Mail erhalten hat um reinzukommen. Telefonisch jedoch machbar.

De rest . Kleine kamer waar je je kont niet eens kan draaien. Een douche waar je moet bukken een kast die in stort tegels die los liggen … Echt bizar

Notre séjour était magnifique

Emplacement, magnifique, à côté de la cathédrale, il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais boulangerie en bas de l’appartement. Petit café aussi tout était parfait.

Lo único bueno era la ubicación, al lado de la catedral

La habitación estaba en la buhardilla, cinco pisos sin escaleras... Era exageradamente pequeña, el colchón de 1,20 la ocupaba por completo y para acceder al otro lado era por un hueco muy pequeño. El baño también era muy pequeño y daba la sensación de que el suelo estaba inclinado. Nada que ver con las fotos.

Am avut una dintre cele mai proaste experiențe de cazare din viața mea și simt nevoia să avertizez pe oricine se gândește să rezerve aici. Deși locația este splendidă, tot restul este sub orice așteptare. Camera pe care am primit-o era exagerat de mică, aproape sufocantă. Mocheta era foarte murdară, părea că nu a mai fost curățată temeinic de mult timp. Geamurile nu sunt deloc izolate prin ele intra un frig cumplit, de parcă ai fi fost afară. Într-o noapte cu -5°C, în cameră era aceeași temperatură. Pur și simplu nu exista căldură, nu mergea apa caldă, iar WiFi-ul nu funcționa deloc. Am dormit cu gecile pe noi condiții inumane pentru o cazare plătită. Pe lângă asta, comunicarea cu proprietatea a fost aproape inexistentă. Am contactat cazarea dimineața, însă nu am primit niciun răspuns până după-amiază, deși situația era urgentă. Din cauza acestor probleme majore, am fost nevoiți să plecăm și să ne căutăm altă cazare. Pentru standardele afișate și prețul cerut, experiența este o bătaie de joc. Nu recomand această cazare nimănui. Evitați dacă nu vreți să trăiți aceeași experiență neplăcută!

No pudimos entrar hasta las 16h y tampoco había opción de dejar las maletas. No estaba muy limpio. La almohada era muy fina y no había ningún cojín complementario, solo una almohada más en el armario que estaba realmente sucia.
