I am very disappointed but had to give a truful review . I am not here to say all this because I’m trying to be harsh bu

The property is located in a good area center of town and walking distance to get to mall and corner shops .

Firstly, the entrance was filled with mails embedding the hallway Secondly, the scent of undried paint or mold was strong within the apartment Thirdly, heating was not available after being there a few hours trying to figure it out ( someone did come in with their key to sort that out) Fourthly, the general place seem it was tidied quick or hadn’t been done in a while ( the cleaning issues were communicated with someone on a WhatsApp chat which did apologized and promised someone would be sent the next day to do cleaning . ) after 5 night stay NO ONE SHOWED UP ) Fifthly , the freezer had mold and a container of god knows what so we ended up not being able to use the fridge both for hygiene purposes and disgust. The stove and oven were the same remains of food , crust were very visible.

Served my purpose for getting to where I needed and is potentially a lovely flat

I was attending a school reunion and visiting relatives so it was central to where I wanted to go and reasonably priced

It needed more attention to certain things which I have told Fogs Property about and they have listened and are going to rectify the problems hopefully. They quickly sent someone round to solve some of the issues and were always on the other end of the phone

Ok for price but needs improvements

Flat was clean. Tv was large and there was Netflix etc. Kitchen was stocked with crockery and utensils. Instructions for entry were clear and communication was good.

Alot of litter about in the street so area wasn't great. The flat had some areas it could improve on....heater failed to work (although a small electric heater kept us warm), the kitchen cupboard was off its hinge and part of the wall plastering was crumbling.

Very responsive and accommodating

The minute you turn the TV on, you have access to all the major streaming services including Netflix and Amazon Prime. They were very responsive and kindly accommodating beyond our expectation!!!

There was a glitch in the booking.com messaging system that made me miss some of the property owner's messages, so if you need to contact them urgently, use the phone number provided just in case.

Modern Apartment,in a secure Good location..5 minutes to darlington town centre

Everything is absolutely immaculate! Modern,clean,spacious,secure,private apartment. water pressure was perfect and right temperature bed very cosy and comfortable kitchen had all Electric appliances needed. Lounge is cosy and modern,with a Big TV Netflix and most subscription are ,I spend most of my time enjoying the series. The location is bang on perfect on the high street.,with a selection of cafes and restaurants....I caught a bus on my way to main line train station,its so convinient. The main shopping centre is 5 min away walk,which is a plus.. Gabriel and the team are very hands on incase of any issues arising...Hes a ring away.. I will deffo book again with Fogs!
