Location was excellent for what we needed. Very comfortable room and breakfast was fantastic. Owner was lovely.

The lighting in the room wasn’t the best for someone needing to do make up. Found the price to be a little expensive for what it was.

Welcoming and friendly. It’s above the tea room. We arrived not long before closing time at the tea rooms which seems a very popular place,so manage to get something to eat. Sally the owner was very friendly and we were offered a pot of tea on arrival. It’s independently owned by Sally who showed us around and explained how everything we needed to know. The rooms are very clean with tea coffee and toiletries available. We were booked in for breakfast, which was from the tea rooms d breakfast menu. We booked in for 9am with fruit and yogurt on arrival. Then both had a full breakfast which was very nice and plenty.

The location is perfect for walking the canal. There is plenty of parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very peaceful overnight. There is an amazing choice for breakfast and veggie /vegan options available.

Gorgeous place to stay, every room spotless and staff so helpful and kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (and I often find B&B breakfasts disappointing so I don’t say it lightly!) and if I were to ever stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay in this lovely business. Was fantastic seeing that the food and drink is clearly popular with the locals too!
