The room was not modern but it was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Staff were wonderful and the welcome was really great. Breakfast was outstanding for the quality and service. All in all, we loved our stay and will certainly return.

Great value, as others have said it offers a basic, clean place to stay with breakfast.
Location marked down from 5 as pubs in Chirk were not offering evening food on a Saturday night, an indirect issue.

It was very basic
No bar, no restaurant, hair in the bed, blind for velux window didn’t work, shower kept going boiling to freezing.
