Overall, everything was well presented and met expectations. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful but clearly understaffed - they deserve a medal for hard work. We would nevertheless happily return on another occasion.
Due to overworked staff, service at dinner was horribly slow - our food arrived 55 mins after we sat down. The previous night, all but two of the main course options were off. However the food was very good.

As it did not explain whilst booking online that it was only a continental breakfast we were very disappointed when we learnt this after arriving at the hotel.
Bigger bedroom. Plus more tea and milk in room.
