Utterly beautiful guest house in an original Victorian building that was decorated throughout in William Morris style. Landlady was lovely and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was great, made with all local produce. I would 100% recommend Bron Y Craig to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in beautiful surroundings 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The place is charming, spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed straight away. The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway.
The highlight of our stay was the amazing owner, Wendy. She is truly a wonderful person – warm, kind and incredibly welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and looked after. From the moment we arrived we felt at home thanks to her kindness and hospitality.
You can really see how much care and heart Wendy puts into this place. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and the whole experience felt special. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again in the future.

Location to venue and easy to get too clean room
Ants in the bedroom in the evening woke up to ants across my face and flying around the bedroom, ants all over toiletries in bathroom. Waited until I was checking out to speak to owner no offer of even partial refund, no real apology owner acknowledged they often have an issue and blamed an open window j in the bathroom the window is an old sash window that didn’t shut properly - this could have been resolved with an offer refund was mindful this had been my only issue - have contacted and liaised with booking.com on x 4 occasions they offered 50% refund however they have not activated refund and said this is down to the hotel not responding to their emails therefore can’t move forward
Giving up now negative energy however would suggest you check window in room
I will not use booking.com again will stick with VRBO better customer support - annoyed the hotel failed to respond to booking.com email
