Lovely room nice breakfast , excellent location close to everything

Location was great for me as it was close to town and my walking is not too good
The breakfast was fine and the service was friendly and free parking
The property was up for sale while we were there due to unfortunate circumstances
As I said there was unforeseen circumstances but we still had a pleasant stay

Room was excellent value and the included breakfast was all we would want for. It was close enough to walk into town which is a real bonus as parking is sometimes difficult in Llangollen.
