Very convenient for town and the surroundings.
It felt a bit dated and when entering the main building smelled damp.

The room was nice and spacious and I liked the fact that they had cotton pads and cotton buds in the bathroom as well as shampoo and conditioner (a luxury this day and age). The location was great, right in the middle of Llangollen and all the instructions for accessing, checking in, parking and checking out were clearly described and given to us in time. It was lovely for them to provide a car parking permit as well.
The entire building and the room smelled very damp although there was no visible mold and both the bathroom and sink were very clean. The bathtub had a couple of marks (potentially scratches) but I don't generally have baths so that wasn't a problem. It would be nice to have somewhere to hang our towels in the bathroom as the towel rack was too small for the big towels to hang.

Good location and view
Guttering leaked onto window making it noisy at night. It was cold. Tv remote didn’t work properly. Lots of black decor
