Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Free parking.
This is an old building which is slowly being restored to its former glory. Room was comfy, clean, and well stocked.
Parking is nearby (hotel provide clear instructions). We didn't eat this time, but food looked great.
Location is in middle of Corwen. Don't miss the bakery opposite which is also worth visiting.
There are a lot of stairs, as you would expect of an historic hotel

All the staff were very friendly and the food was very good , we had our evening meal as well as breakfast in the hotel and they were both very good .
The hotel is undergoing some work which we didn't expect but it was not really an inconvenience and everything was clean , no mess or dust that I could see .

Friendly staff team and very welcoming.
Appreciate the work needs doing to the front of the building but didn’t see any notification that this was taking place. Might be worth sharing on this site that the views of scaffolding will be there for a while before the building is revealed in its new glorious finish.?

Room was nice and clean and fresh towels.
I should have been told beforehand there would be no breakfasts even on the advertisement before booking should have stated no breakfast. Alternative breakfasts should have been provided even if was cereal.
Extremely poor television in the room lucky to get one channel working as signal is dreadful.
