Continental breakfast included in our price, nuce variety and for a small extra charge a lovely cooked breakfast could be had
We have a very nice room , location was perfect for us to meet up with friends

Bar and dining room and outside patio were all nice clean and comfortable.
Parking was quite good.
Rooms were clean.
The stair carpet up to the rooms needs changing was grubby and very dirty looking.
The entrance access (metal staircase outside) to the rooms at night after 10:30 pm was a bit dangerous for anyone who has mobility issues or if someone had a few drinks.

Food good and staff helpful.
Position, right on a main road with a lot of noise day and night.
Dowdy bedroom and poor stair carpet.
Hard to believe it was Inn of the year 2025, what can the others be like?
