Communication with the host was quick and very responsive. We were met at the villa and our host was very friendly.

The property has the most wonderful view of Nice and the Mediterranean Sea that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The property is a 20 minute walk to the old town but most of it is along the sea front and very enjoyable.
Insufficient wine glasses, and we could not access the rubbish bin area. The back rooms can be noisy.
