Exceptional location, 2BR right on Place Massena, Newly Renovated

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Appartement, sehr netter Vermieter und Kontakt. Für Familien mit Kinder - Perfekt - Park und Riesenspielplatz zu Fuß erreichbar, Altstadt in der Nähe, Einkaufen gleich neben Appartement, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufstraße ebenso in der Nähe. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen! PS: - Bertrand - i found my Airpods, thanks for your help!

Klientel rund um das Wohnhaus bzw. vor dem Wohnhaus manchmal optisch etwas "dubios" - Aber wir haben keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht!!

Très bel appartement en plein coeur de Nice, très bien décoré, calme et bien placé

Location was excellent. Could not ask for a place more well located if you like being in the scene. Easy to walk around and access public transport. Don’t need to drive in Nice. Bertrand was very helpful and responsive. Wished he recommended the places he did earlier so I could plan around them. He used quality appliances and supplies. And proud owner who wants to make his guest stays memorable.

Properly lift was rickety. Not owners fault. Having only 1 bathroom for family of 5 was challenging. Bedroom was small with hardly space to lay huge luggages flat. Ample cabinet space though.

L’appartamento in Place Massena è davvero bellissimo e molto accogliente. Situato all’ultimo piano (mansarda), è luminoso, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Gli spazi sono organizzati benissimo: due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario e un bagno grande. Non mancava assolutamente nulla. Un grande vantaggio è il parcheggio sotterraneo proprio sotto la piazza: comodissimo, con le scale che portano direttamente in Place Massena. Naturalmente, come tutti i parcheggi di Nizza, è a pagamento, ma è davvero pratico.
