It’s not easy to find a place to stay for 7 persons. This apartment were just great for that.

Below expectations. I paid around $1000 a night fora 5* property Overpriced

Great location. Nice living room

The entrance to the building stinks of dampness which is unpleasant. While it is a large nice apartment in a great location it is very shabby in parts. The bedrooms are of very low quality . The beds are cheap and uncomfortable and the linens and pillows of very low quality . Worse than a 2* motel. The patio while large is very shabby and needs a powerwash and is full of rusting old furniture .

Charming apartment in the heart of Nice

Charming old building in the heart of Nice. The rooms are specious with lovely balcony. The parking is a bonus. The staff was responsive and helpful 👌🏼

The kitchen could have been a bite more clean. Unfortunately during our stay there was a construction next door which created a lot of noise during the week.

As with most old buildings you cannot avoid cracking floors and hearing neighbors walking. But it is not a big problem.

Wowowo place too good

Well it is a beautiful place with good room size, hall and a big balcony. The host was super cute and assisted with luggage as it has no lift and have cute wooden stairs on 1 st floor at least this one. There was full kitchen with thoughtful ness to keep olive oils, salt, pepper, tissues, some more food item which is a rare. He provided water bottles too. The location is too good and walking distance to everything. Address is well known. Only that the bathroom locks were not working so one could have a awkard moment.Rest a must come back stay. Don't think just book this one. You will love it. Forgot to mention they have BBQ facilities on terrace n the terrace is too die for. Another dining n huge sofas on terrace for a lively party. Thank god they have an air-conditioning as we did need in June 2nd week.

Le logement était super, très agréable et conforme à la description. Les lits étaient très confortables, ce qui nous a permis de très bien nous reposer. La terrasse est également un vrai plus, parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Buena localización trato mejorable no más de 6 personas

Buena localización fuimos 7 y la séptima era un futón que nos avisaron pero al final dormimos 3 en una cama era demasiado incómodo. Pedimos dejar las maletas y no nos dejaron había que pedirlo una semana antes y tardo 2 días en contestar. La casa cómoda y bien.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften ( zu dem Termin im März) nicht stimmig. Schlüsselübergabe war schwierig und die Tür zu öffnen nicht ohne Dritte Hilfe möglich. Die Wohnung war recht kalt und es war schwierig die Temperatur Raum für Raum zu regulieren bzw. auf Temperatur zu bringen.

Très bon emplacement. En hyper centre et au calme. On peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Grande cuisine équipée. Les lits sont très confortables. Possibilité de dormir à 6 si besoin grâce au canapé-lit du salon. La grande terrasse est un atout majeur.
