From Irina meeting us upon our arrival, to departing, we had a lovely time staying at this apartment

This property was fantastic in terms of how it is appointed and the level of equipment. The views were beautiful, and the apartment was within super easy walking distance of the beach and harbour, with a delicatessen, bakery and supermarket within a few footsteps.

Room(s!) with a view - and so much more!

Absolutely stunning and spacious three bedroom/two bathroom apartment with every mod con, plus the most amazing views from the balcony that spanned the length of the apartment. Could not have asked for a better location, just steps from the cute old town and port, with its many restaurants and bars…the tourist office is directly across the road in a pretty park (where market is held every Wednesday and Saturday) -plus the local bus stops outside the apartment and brings you directly to Nice in 15minutes max.. The local train station is about 10mins walk away too - getting you into Nice within 6minutes - just a little bit longer to get to Monaco etc, but you get to travel in comfort! It was so easy to explore the amazing sights and cities from this base. A real gem!

It was all perfect, so much space and truly beautiful inside and out - we LOVED every second of our stay here! The view was spectacular, and everything is the apartment was top quality, the attention to detail really shone through… We were met by our host Irina who walked us through the basics when we arrived, but she also sent us the BEST online overview, explaining how to use appliances/aircon/access parking etc, as well as transport guide and things to do in the wider area - she had really thought of everything!

What a great place ! Checked all the boxes

Location. Convenient to small market and a patisserie. Short walk to the larger Casino Grocery Store. Very convenient bus stops taking you to Nice and also to Beaulieu and on to Monte Carlo. The train is about a 15 minute walk. Right in the heart of the town; short walk to great restaurants on and near the Bay. Wonderful boutique. Shopping, great restaurants.

Nothing not to like. It was very clean and interior had modern baths and kitchen. The furnishings were unique and beautiful.

We had a great stay and would go back, great place!

Very clean and spacious with a large balcony and beautiful view overlooking the water! Modern interior, fruit/snack store directly at the bottom of the building and just 7-10min walk to the water. There are many restaurants close by as well. Host was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment in a perfect location with a helpful host

The apartment is in an excellent location with everything in walking distance. Villefranche is a beautiful little town and close to Nice and Monaco with frequent buses and trains in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and light and is well equipped with everything you need and more. The view from the balcony is perfect and it was lovely to have our morning drinks there in the sunshine.

Spacious apartment in great location, totally recommend!

Great location. The apartment was huge, plenty of space for our family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Balcony with a nice view. There is a bakery just outside the apartment which was perfect for breakfast. We had a rental car and there is a private parking space in a garage just a few minutes away. Hosts were great, responsive. Would absolutely return.

My stay was truly exceptional, and everything exceeded my expectations.

The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, and the view is incredible. Well-equipped and very clean. In addition, Villefranche-sur-Mer is lovely, with services nearby within walking distance. The location is excellent, close to Nice, Monaco, Eze, and Cap Ferrat. Irina’s reception was very kind, and with detailed materials sent by her.

I don’t have any negative points about the accommodation.
