A beautiful view ruined by a terrible apartment

The view outside off the balcony was the only enjoyable thing about this property

Dangerous, unsafe, filthy, host extremely unhelpful. Nothing worked in the apartment. I seriously could go on and on

The decor was great, and was comfortable and the view was fantastic Coupled with the perfect location

The only mark downs were due to no aircon in the lounge and third bedroom, which made them pretty hot when we were early in the season. Some of the outdoor chairs are broken and need replacing

The most beautiful view, good localization, close to the station, well equipted kitchen

We had really unneeded argue with the owner about time of leaving the app, in booking its 11.00 and on the spot its written 10.00, it should be changed in the addvertisment.

wonderful location with the most amazing views

Excellent location with the most amazing views! Great balcony to watch the bay. Beds were comfortable, apartment furnished nicely.

Fabulous apartment, in great location. Most suited to adults.

This is a beautiful apartment in a fabulous location, with sea views, close to the Villefranche restaurants, cafes and station. The apartment is well equipped.

The outside approach to the apartment could do with freshening up. One of the outside cushions on the terrace needs replacing or repairing. The toilet in the master en-suite bathroom did not flush and was not fixed during our stay, despite the owner being aware of the issue, before our visit. In terms of safety/access, there are steps up to the apartment and the wall on the outside terrace, is low.

Posizione , arredamento , vista magnifica. Grandezza appartamento per 6 persone

Pulizia cucina scarsa, briciole nei cassetti e interno armadi sporchi , stoviglie e posate trovate sporche, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto al nostro arrivo (foto disponibili). Alcune cose rotte: armadio cucina che non chiudeva, asse del Wc, cestino spazzatura rotto e altre cose che diminuiscono il valore e la bellezza dell’appartamento (qualità /prezzo) peccato.

Aria condizionata assente nel soggiorno

La posizione e la vista, entrambe spettacolari.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata nel salone, nonostante nella descrizione della Struttura questa veniva riportata. Ma la cosa più brutta è che il proprietario dopo il mio reclamo ha detto che l’aria condizionata mancava nel salone, cosa non vera perchè io l’anno scorso sono venuto nella stessa Struttura e l’aria condizionata nel salone c’era regolarmente.
