Great location, easy to get to and very welcoming hosts.
The location was ideal for everywhere in Nice. Only a 100 metres from the beach too which made things very easy. Being in the centre of the old town meant that we had plenty of time to sample the restaurants and cafes and, being there for a month, strike up a close relationship with some of the owners.
There is a night-club nearby and on some nights it could be loud until late at night. The noise was mainly people passing by with the noise echoing in the alley. One night, a group sat on our doorstep smoking weed but moved on happily enough when we came home. In the lower apartment, access to the washing machine is difficult and a person needs to be very vlexible!

Fabulous location in the heart of old town
Location is wonderful. The stairs to the units are very steep so please be prepared. The woman who checked us in was very kind and they provided a great book in each unit telling you things you can see, do, how to use transportation, etc.
Could’ve been a wee bit cleaner. I found sunscreen in the sofa.
