Stay was okay, but more expected for the price we paid

Our stay at the villa had several positive aspects that we feel are worth highlighting. Despite a few drawbacks, there were several features that we particularly liked: Well-Equipped Kitchen: One of the standout features of the villa was the kitchen. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils, making it a pleasure to prepare meals during our stay. The kitchen's functionality and cleanliness added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our time at the villa. Separate Bathrooms and Toilets: Another positive aspect of the villa was the presence of separate bathrooms and toilets. This allowed for greater privacy and convenience for everyone staying at the villa. Having multiple bathrooms and toilets made it easier for us to get ready in the morning and maintain a comfortable living environment. Thoughtful Touches: We were pleasantly surprised to find cleaning materials, coffee cups, and water in the fridge upon our arrival. These thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed and provided us with some essentials to start our stay. It was a nice gesture that added to the overall positive experience. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the villa was also commendable. The property was well-maintained and spotless upon our arrival. This attention to cleanliness contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay, allowing us to relax and feel at home in the villa. The view from the villa was pleasant, offering glimpses of the surrounding scenery. However, it is worth noting that the view was partially obstructed by electricity masts, which slightly diminished the overall experience. Despite this obstruction, we were still able to enjoy a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea and even catch a glimpse of the nearby Nice airport.

Overall, our experience at the villa had some drawbacks that we feel are worth mentioning. While there were positive aspects to our stay, there were a few things that we did not particularly like having in mind that this was an expensive property (high rental rates). Unpleasant Driving Area: One of the main issues we encountered was the area surrounding the villa, specifically the drive to and from Nice. Unfortunately, this route was not very pleasant, which affected our overall impression of the location. Construction-Like Appearance: Upon arriving at the villa, we noticed that the exterior had a somewhat unfinished appearance, resembling a building site with a lot of concrete and stone. This gave us a less-than-ideal first impression and detracted from the overall aesthetics of the property. Ineffective Air-Conditioning: Another major disappointment was the air-conditioning system. Despite the presence of air-conditioning units, they did not effectively cool the rooms, leaving us feeling uncomfortably hot during the night. This lack of cool air impacted our ability to sleep comfortably and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Limited Seating in the Lounge Area: The seating arrangement in the lounge area was also a bit disappointing. There were only 3 or 4 seating places around the television, which made it difficult for everyone to gather comfortably and enjoy leisure activities together. This limitation affected our overall experience of relaxation and socializing within the villa. Absence of Bedside Tables: Additionally, we noticed that the upper bedrooms lacked bedside tables. This absence made it inconvenient for us to keep personal items and necessities within easy reach during the night, impacting our overall convenience and comfort. The size of the pool. While the pool was clean and well-maintained, it was considerably smaller than what we had anticipated. This limited size of the pool was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a larger space to enjoy.

the house is nice but nothing special, the pool is a little bigger than a bathtub, the position of the house and the view are excellent, the house does not have internet in the 21st century, which is unacceptable for that price, that it does not have internet, which is very necessary for everyone and has a rating of 10, entry and leaving the house are not at the correct time, do you lose the whole day when you arrive because the entry is at 5 pm and the exit is at 10 am, just as the owner of the house informs you the day before departure via messages on whats app that the exit is at 10 am and if not you leave at exactly 10:00 a.m., every hour of delay is charged 95e, which I have never experienced anywhere in the world, and at the same time it does not ask if you have internet, the owner of the house threatens that if the garbage is not taken out, the dishes are not washed, and the rest will also be charged to you, it is only his to clean the house, change the bed linen and take money and supposedly has a rating of 10 on booking, in my opinion more than an exaggerated rating and not deserved
