Decent value for the price

room is clean and spacious. Kitchen equipment is full.

No exclusive parking space. Parking is on the road but maybe no space. Showerhead flow is weak and run out of hot water in the end. Hair dryer is weak.

Excellent option for the Eze area

7 minute walk to Eze, good communication with owner, new property, clean and comfortable, well equiped kitchen, large shower room with plenty of hot water,, quiet premise and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Worth mentioning the property has a small balcony but no outside views. Air conditioning a bit tricky.

Perfect location if your intent is to spend most of your time out and about exploring.

Good central location. easy to get to any part of Eze from the unit. The unit was great condition.

The mattress is extremely soft with little support so couples end up gravitating towards the center. The Bed also does not have the best cushions. The unit does not have a view of Eze.
