The property is in a lovely location with a view over the local train station and beach beyond. The rooms are large, comfy and decorated beautifully. The accommodation included a convenient laundry and all the cooking facilities and appliances to make life easy. The shower was great. There's a cute cafe next door for breakfast/lunch. On-site car park is a bonus.

The Eze train station is just across the street. This is the biggest pro. And then it takes 3 mins walk to the beach, you just need to get through the underground. Uber is available if you don’t feel like waiting for a bus (bus stop is just across the street too) to go to the village town. Management team is very responsive. Quiet at night because no one is around. This isn’t a spot where tourists would typically stay overnight. Dishwasher, Dryer and washing machine worked. Capsule coffee good.
It’s not about the hotel management but the location is remote for grocery, restaurants and activities (these could all only be found in the village where is on the top of the mountain behind) except it is super close to transportation. We had to do the grocery at other places before we went back to the stay. There’s literally no shops around

Very clean, great view and had all of the facilities we needed. Very close to the train station and to a great beach that was perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Would highly recommend.

Location is perfect - right next to the beach and easy access to the train station - it's not at all noisy at night which I was a bit worried about - it is clean, modern, stylish, perfect a/c and wifi, - really fab. Arrival instructions perfect - hosts lovely. Really recommend.
