Loved the view and cleanliness. It was well stocked with everything we needed

The A/C for the house was challenging since it was difficult to get the air flow to the master bedroom

Het uitzicht, de buitenkeuken en de jacuzzi. De reisafstand naar Nice en de supermarkt waren ook zeer fijn! De zonsondergang bekijken en filmen was heerlijk. Fijn groot buitenterras en flexibel te gebruiken met de zonpositie (in november).

De keuken was echt gedateerd en had wat te weinig voorzieningen qua schalen/pannen/bestek etc. De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel. Oftewel: te hard. Een IKEA matras (dikker formaat) zou goed passen. We waren in november in het appartement. De 'sfeerverlichting' werkte niet mee zeg maar. We waren blij met onze meegebracht kaarsen.

Only the View from the property

We stayed at this property in Nice from the 23rd to the 26th and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival (late at night with three children), we didn’t have the chance to fully inspect everything. However, after our stay, we were charged €40 for stains on the bedsheets that were already present when we arrived, which we find unfair. During our stay, we encountered several issues: * A large number of mosquitoes at night, resulting in multiple bites on our children. * A sharp marble edge in the bathroom that caused scratches to my wife and one of my children — we had to cover it with a towel for safety. * A broken and hanging cutlery drawer in the kitchen. * Damaged and unhygienic cooking pots. Despite these problems, we chose not to complain during our stay as we wanted to enjoy our holiday, especially given that the price was higher than similar properties in the area. Before leaving, we made a real effort to clean the property thoroughly, remove all rubbish, and leave everything in good condition — which was not easy while traveling with three children. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet expectations, and the additional charge after checkout felt unjustified. I would recommend future guests carefully check everything upon arrival and report issues immediately. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot fully recommend this property.
