Beautifully maintained, well equipped apartment , great host , stunning views
The noise ! Be aware this apartment backs onto the main road from Nice to Monaco and because of that the road suffers from heavy traffic and significant noise and its constant even throughout the night , I slept with earplugs and it still kept me awake . It is also not ideal for anyone with mobility issues and it’s a very steep walk down to the main village

The view was stunning. Great bus access to towns of Eze, Monaco, and Nice. There are approximately 700+ stairs to get to the waterfront where the restaurants are, which my husband and I are almost 70 and we found them very doable. We did not attempt to take the stairs up and would order up an Uber for 13 to 15 euros, which were always only a few minutes wait. The apartment was very rooming, amazing walk in closet with lots of hanging space and shelves. The bathroom has a nice size tub and shower. The kitchen had everything we needed, and a nice Nespresso coffee machine with pods.
