FRGK ' Vue mer imprenable Villefranche'

Très bel appartement avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Villefranche. Spacieux et lumineux, avec un grand balcon ensoleillé toute la journée. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec un four conventionnel, un micro-ondes et un grand réfrigérateur. Le lit et le canapé lit sont très confortables. On peut se garer devant le portail du garage, ou gratuitement sur la rue (peut-être que les places sont plus difficiles à trouver en été) Il y a aussi une grande terrasse et un petit jardin au niveau intermédiaire.

Il y a beaucoup de circulation le matin dans la rue et même si l'appartement est 2 niveaux au-dessus de la rue on entend le bruit si vous avez le sommeil léger.

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Wohnung groß mit Balkon und Terrasse.

Ab 05.30 Berufsverkehr, die Einrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und die Halte- bzw. Parkmöglichkeit eine Herausforderung. Handtücher vorhanden aber leider keine Duschmatte.

La rue devant est un peu passante et sans trottoirs

The view was amazing! The location was perfect - you can walk everywhere in Villefranche, take a bus, train or car easily to Nice in 10-15 min and you can hike the Costal path to Cap Ferrat or also to Nice. We also did a day trip hike to Eze, which was easily accessible with the bus (we walked there via Mont Batiste and took the bus back). The bathroom was nice (except for old rusty trashcan)

The furnishings and the equipment in the kitchen were horrible. They seemed to be the haphazard leftovers of a garage or estate sale. The apartment has the potential to be really really nice - the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was fine (even if it did have a broken cabinet and the door to the fridge was broken), but unfortunately it was so poorly furnished that it was hard to relax. The kitchen equipment was really just junk - not a sharp knife or a normal coffee cup to be found. There were no bowls, so we had to use the Tupperware we brought with us for our breakfast. The pictures of the outdoor area were misleading. It was filled with the owner's junk and was completely unusable. While the balcony was nice, it was not clean. Dirt and leaves were just brushed away to the corner. The washer could hardly be used. It smelled gross, which was a bummer because we wanted to do laundry. Dear owner: please update the furnishings and throw away your junk!! A basic IKEA set would make your guests feel so much more at home so they could actually enjoy the view and location the apartment provides.
