Simply the best stay through our second season of exploring Mediterranean coast. Amazingly clean, well maintained and equipped apartment with the magnificent view. You just want to seat at that balcony forever. House has everything to make your stay comfortable from kitchen utensils to washing machine and iron. We travel with kids and they were happy with their bedroom furniture and amenities as well. Air conditioning was such a blessing a week of heatwave! Management company was super detailed and attentive and immediately helped us with our small problem that occurred right after check-in. bottle of local wine as a Welcome gift was also amazing. Plenty of free street parking. Close to everything on riviera. Oh, and if you don’t feel like using the infamous stairs everyone complains about to get to the nearest grocery store or bakery, Uber Eats delivers there just fine!

Water pressure and temperature in the shower was acting weird but i guess thats regional specific. Didn’t really affect our stay.

View was so beautiful - just magical!

No beach towels provided and only a tiny soap between 2 people for 4 nights. Also quite an early check out.

The apartment view is superb from the balcony, looking out over the stunning Villefranche bay to Cap Ferrat and beyond. It's a great vantage point and gives a great sense of the town, marina and beaches you can head down to. The standard of bars, restaurants and food is great. Access to other resorts along the coast is easy, particularly by train from the small station by the beach.

The apartment is 'ok', but somewhat sparse. The building overall feels quite tired now and (without going into detail here) there are bits that do need some attention. We had to ask for a couple of obvious issues to be dealt with during our stay but (whilst they were handled very quickly by a helpful agent) we really shouldn't have needed to point them out.
