The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, about 25-30 stairs up from the front entrance, w/out a lift-elevator, which makes it very difficult if you have multiple pieces of luggage & if your luggage is heavy. The property has a washer & dryer unit on site, which is convenient & wonderful, however the dryer doesn’t work well & a typical small wash load may take up to 3-4 cycles to dry(means up & down a lot of stairs & having xtra dryer tokens). The Apartment manager was gracious to provide me with/ xtra washer/drier “tokens”(euro coin or bills are not accepted by machines), so if you want to do laundry, request to have the apartment manager(Sasha)order them for you in advance of your arrival. 2 tokens for washer, 1token for dryer per load.

The location is great for the village and it was very bright, modern and clean. Shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable

Perfect

It is perfectly located on the hill, with a beautiful view over the town, and the sea can be seen from a distance. We had a very pleasant stay in this amazing town and were glad to have the apartment located just a short distance walk from the sea and the old center. We definitely recommend this apartment for a great stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer, and we would also love to go back, for sure

Location all up hill and 2 flights of dangerous stairs with no lift.

no lifts one small couch bathroom smelled and overlooked when on the loo barely a kitchen or bathroom and didnt change towels or bedding for 3 weeks we was there,was told of a washing machine in apartment but was in a basement at a cost to use.

Lovely relaxing holiday on the Riviera

Good location, very near old town, beaches and harbour. Comfortable, light and bright apartment with small balcony. Spacious rooms and full usable kitchen. We had a lovely time here, felt very relaxed in Sasha's place, minimalist and trendy decor.

Shower cubicle in need of good clean (a lovely big shower) A soap dish would be useful, and a bowl in kitchen for washing up.

Perfect just perfect 😍

I loved how it felt like our own place. I adored the balcony, where we could see a little bit of the sea. We ate all of our meals there - enjoyed our drinks in the evening. I loved how close it was to the most charming town I've seen and so close to the the beach. The transport to get around the Rivera was so easy to locate from the apartment. I really adore Ville Franche Sur-Mer

A nice, small apartment which is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre.

The balcony had a nice view of the sea and town and we ate breakfast out there every morning. It was only a short 5 minute walk into the town centre where there are some lovely restaurants and bars and the beach is only a few minutes further. The apartment is well connected by a bus network that runs between Nice and up as far as Monaco. the air conditioning in the apartment works really well.

When we turned up the apartment hadn't been cleaned although we were ahead of the check-in time. We dropped our bags off and came back at 4PM so an hour after the scheduled check in time and the flat was still being cleaned which wasn't the best start. There was also a lack of basic toiletries we didn't expect shower gel or shampoo but some soap to wash your hands with would have been nice and we were only supplied with two toilet rolls for 5 days.

Good

We found the location to be perfect. Close to the Casino supermarket, boulangerie and a few bars. Also very near to pharmacies and a few shops. It's a walk downhill/steps to the seafront. Loved how light and bright it was. And the TV even had the channel to watch the F1 on! Fabulous 😊 Tv had netflix, prime etc. Bed was very firm but I like that and found it very comfortable. Shower was amazing. The owner was very helpful when I called as I was struggling with the entry code. Turns out I hadn't read the message they sent me properly! Apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift. The view is stunning and Villefranche is amazing. Loved it!

The bedroom is a little small and not much space for clothing or luggage as suitcases won't fit under the bed. Could do with pillowcases for the extra pillows.

lovely view, near the old town

you can walk in 10 minutes into the beautiful old town, bakery, restaurants, and little supermarkets are near, too. You can take your breakfast on the balkony in the sun. The owner was very nice and helped us quickly when we needed onother blanket.

Excellent location. Bright and fresh decor. Beautfiul spot to be in to explore such a gorgeous area.

It had a lovely shower, was fresh and modern with a small but effective kitchen area. The air condition was a welcome relief and there was plenty of space for three of us. It is very tastefully and simply decorated. The area is perfect. Contact with Sasha was easy and all information was quickly shared. We were so happy to be in such a gorgeous area.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. We bought a travel iron beforehand as it did not say if there was one but when we arrived we saw there was a very small ironing board and iron. We arrived at 11am and it would have been useful to store bags behind the stairs but we had to lug suitcases around for the day.

Easy to walk into Villefranche for dinner but uphill on way home. 10 min walk to train station. 5 min to bus stop. Nice view of street and sea. Quiet at night. Small balcony for evening drinks was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely building but note there are stairs up to room. Shutters rattled during night as it was quite windy and they were unable to be secured as bolts needed fixing.

Great appartment, great location, great view

We stayed for 5 nights at 203 balcony appartment. Our stay was pleased and the appartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything looks new, it was very clean, well equipped, spacious enough for 2 guests, with a confortable bed and beautiful view. The check in / check out were done very easily, as the host is friendly, relaxed and speaks english as well. I read in the comments someone was saying the pictures are not taken properly in the balcony and it is bit small. I would say it is perfect and it fits with the town and arrounds. The balcony is big enough to serve a nice breakfast or drink a cup of champagne with a sea view. The bathroom was spacious, just as in the picture, the shower and other installation good quality. There are small shops right near the building to buy coffee, croissants. Also, Villefranche is a great small town that you can explore. There is a paid parking at 2 min walking from the building.

There is some exterior noise that can be bothering for some persons. Right near the building there is a street where lots of scooters are drived. And you can hear it even after midnight with your windows opened. However the host did everything they could, to fix this - big windows are keeping a big part of the sound out of the appartment, when closed. Also just a small note, we could not find a trash can, so we had to improvse. Maybe it was one in the app, but we could not find id.

Exceptional

It was in excellent location- between the main area on the main road for the bus to Nice or Menton and lower down was the Place de la Paix, with a bar/ boulangerie/ pharmacy/ butcher and superb “Bistrot du Coin” - delightful restaurant open at lunchtime and evening ( closed sundays) where you could just have a drink as well. Wonderful menu and food. There was a communal coin operated washing machine and separate drier. There was a sea view from the balcony ( just wide enough for a little table and 2 chairs, but enough to dine outside. Everything was new and of excellent quality and no expense was spared.

There were 2 flights of stairs which were quite steep and curved, so would not suitable for the less able ( especially getting a large suitcase up the stairs.

Séjour Villefranche sur mer

L'appartement est très bien situé et très lumineux avec une vue sur la mer. Proche de la gare, du village et du port . La literie est bonne.

L'appartement était poussiéreux. A mon goût il manque un peu de vaisselle (seulement 2 fourchettes, 1 bol... ) Il serait bon d'avoir une cafetière à dosettes. Aucun produit d'entretien pour nettoyer le sol et les sanitaires. Et surtout l'odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte jour et nuit.

I det stora hela bra men städningen kunde varit bättre

Superbra läge med fin utsikt mot havet från en härlig balkong i ett pittoreskt område, endast 15 minuter till både tåg,strand och restauranger. Även bra parkering i närheten av lägenheten om man har bil.

Väldigt mycket trappor, smutsiga handdukar med fläckar som inte alls kändes fräscha även städningen generellt i lägenheten kändes inte ordentligt gjord då man tex kunde se spår från sopkvast på golvet, damm på lampor, fogarna i duschen etc. Även att hyresvärden inte mötte upp oss som de stod att personen skulle göra! Inget som egentligen störde oss men de avvek ifrån beskrivningen. Dock städningen återigen kändes inte så trevlig!
