Small house with sea view Old Villefranche
In the heart of the old town of Villefranche-sur-mer and located in a fully pedestrian alley, our small house is an authentic village house of about 40 square meters and a small nest ideal for two people. It is bright and airy by its layout on the way, completely refurbished in a refined style and a contemporary design (waxed concrete on all floors, white walls and stairs, HAY and FERMOB furniture). The house is spread over 4 levels and offers a breathtaking opening to the sea, the bay of Villefranche and the peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. On the first floor, an entrance hall with large cupboard for your belongings and suitcases; the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has an opening to the floor that reveals the stones of an old cellar. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor, facing the sea, all the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster), as well as a dining area (Hay table and seats at height). And finally the mezzanine with its French balcony and breathtaking view offers a small lounge area that will leave you charmed, with a small table and two FERMOB seats. Access to the beautiful and long Marinières beach is via the surrounding streets less than 10 minutes walk away. On the other side, along the citadel and behind the ramparts, is the smaller, more intimate beach of La Darse. You will find everything you need within a radius of 500 meters: two grocery stores, a butcher's shop, two bakeries and several restaurants along the sea. Ideally located, the house offers all the facilities to get you to Nice and Cannes, or to Beaulieu, Eze and Monaco. The bus stops and train station to Nice or Monaco are a 10-minute walk away; there are several outdoor public parking lots (paying, except in winter). Access to the house on foot, 100 m from the Place de la Paix (accessible by car). WIFI (fiber) and Air conditioning. The accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
