A real home-away-from home with splendid sea views.

The stylish apartment was a real home with huge balcony and stunning views across the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV with English language channels. Bright master bedroom and a smaller room, which we used for our luggage. Private secure parking at the property and swimming pool. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's a 10 - 15 minute walk (mostly stairs) to supermarket, bakery, other shops, as well as the bus stop. From here it's easy to get to Monaco, Cap Ferrat and Nice. Further down the hill is the waterfront and the old town with numerous restaurants and more shops. We had great communication with the hosts prior to our arrival, to ensure a smooth check-in. Definitely the highlight of our 3-weeks trip through southern France. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Lovely place but read the reviews before booking

Fantastic views. Good parking. Nice pool. Good location.

The directions to find it were terrible. Need to improve greatly on this. The bathroom is well beyond functional. Shower door leaks. No plug for basin. Some towels had holes in. Second bedroom has no ventilation. No helpful information in property - eg nearest supermarket etc.

Great stay, we'll be back again.

The location is excellent. The host made an effort and sent us instructions about the location, picking up the keys, earlier. Fantastic apartment in a great location, couldn’t have been happier. Bed was comfortable, amenities in the apartment were everything you needed for a stay. With host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Size of the property, quietness of block of flats, the spacious balcony and the view

The bathroom really needs some maintenance work (shower and general grouting). Much of the crockery needs replacing as it was chipped and two frying pans were too damaged to be used. Noise from the traffic on a main road was quite loud. A few instructions (eg about a shortcut through the gardens to the town, or about the closest bakery or supermarket) would have been helpful.

Très bon séjour !

L’appartement, très fonctionnel, était magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de villefranche ! La piscine était très agréable. Point positif pour la place de parking. Le mobilier était les équipements étaient au top ! Nous avons été à la plage accessible à pieds, ainsi qu’au village. Mais il faut avoir de bons mollets pour remonter toutes les marches jusqu’à la résidence.

La 2de chambre, un peu petite et sans éclairage naturel La literie est un peu usagée

Heerlijk!

Prachtig uitzicht, fijn dorp. Wij waren er met onze zoon van 18 en een vriend. De "kinderkamer" is idd niet ruim, maar prima wanneer er alleen geslapen hoeft te worden. Heerlijk zwembad om even af te koelen. Ongeveer 10 minuten naar beneden wandelen naar het oude centrum, weer terug omhoog duurt iets langer. Heel blij met de airco. Wij komen terug!

Niets, maar het was handig geweest wanneer er 2 sets sleutels zouden zijn.
