Our stay in the apartment was nice.

The location of the apartment is perfect - close bus stop and not a long walk from the beach and the restaurants. The apartment has a stylish design, beds and pillows were very comfortable.

There a few small things that we didn’t like - missing a full length mirror, head and hand towels. Hard to manage the temperature of the water in the shower, as the faucet was nagging. The rugs didn’t seem very clean.

Lovely, well equipped 2-bed and 2-shower room apartment in great location.

Great location - right next door to a boulangerie and close to a supermarket, and only a 7 min walk to the coast and the centre of Villefranche (steepish hill but easy). Deffo big enough for 4 adults - 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, and one separate toilet. Washing machine and iron & ironing board. Loads of space for hanging clothes and storing toiletries. Great a/c throughout and the apartment is on the ground floor in a lovely block of apartments, with super easy access.

Our only slight niggle was the showers lacked pressure at times and therefore water was slow coming through.

Lovely location

The location was fabulous! The condo had lots of room.

This condo has a rather unusual setup for bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a normal good sized bedroom with a big window and lovely view. The other smaller bedroom does not have an outside window. In some countries it would not be legal to call that second room a bedroom. The listing says there are 3 bathrooms. There are two bathrooms with only shower and sink/cabinet. Those two bathrooms have no toilets. The third bathroom has a toilet and sink. This was not that great for 2 couples sharing a condo. We also found there were some maintenance issues. Some of which were able to be addressed quickly.

Above expectations!

In short, great host, good location and a beautiful and clean space for a family. The host: Quentin was very friendly and hospitable. Our train arrived late in the evening and the host was so kind to meet us at the station. His communication was consistent, easy and clear. Location: It was at a very convenient location away from the busy coast. The bus stop to central Nice and Monaco was just outside, a minute walk away. Easy to find and a short 5-10 min. walk to the water and Villefrance-sur-Mer. The Space: The space was newly renovated with three defined rooms. There is a door that divides the living room from the hallway, which provided privacy for the one(s) sleeping there. Furthermore, the others wouldn’t feel like they’re disturbing others for a bathroom break. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower room in the hallway and another shower connected to a bedroom. The bedrooms were a good size for two a people with good storage space. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. There’s a full size kitchen with a beautiful clean fridge, dishwasher and stove. Bonuses: Espresso machine with pods provided. Each room has their own thermostat which I thought was a great attention to detail!

There is nothing not to like about the space. The only thing to be mindful of is when using the Nespresso machine and beautiful espresso cups, they only fit the single shot setting on the left. A long espresso shot will overflow. Overall, each member of the family HIGHLY recommends this space.

Mooi, schoon, goede ligging, zeker aan te raden

Prima ligging, 8 min lopen van het oude centrum, wel veel hoogteverschil, je moet goed kunnen lopen. Schoon, leuk ingericht. Bakker en groenteboer naast het huis, ideaal, supermarkt op loopafstand. Goede airco.

Kleine dingen. De afwasmachine moet even vastgezet worden. De slaapbank is niet heel comfortabel, beetje hard. Het is eigenlijk voor 4 personen. De douche geeft soms wat weinig water.
