Only a 10–12 minute walk from the charming old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, this luxurious penthouse apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful residence.
The apartment was fully renovated to a very high standard in 2015 under the direction of a Scandinavian interior architect, combining elegance, comfort, and timeless design.
The spacious terraces, with a total area of 36 m², offer stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, and towards Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The apartment enjoys sunshine from morning until late afternoon, and all rooms have direct access to their own terrace.
Several parking spaces are available within the residence.
The apartment features two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom can be arranged either with two single beds or as one double bed, and also has a private en-suite bathroom. An additional foldable bed can be added if needed for a fifth guest.
The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed as well as its own shower and sink.
For families travelling with small children, a baby cot and high chair are also available.
The apartment is equipped with TV, WiFi, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home.

Stunning view. Second bedroom very small and tiny bathroom. Main bedroom and en-suite has no towel rail. Towels smelled as previous guests could not dry them. Smell would not come out despite washing them twice. Sink would not drain. No food or drink of any kind for welcome pack. Washing machine and tumble dryer a good facility but no clothes airer to dry them if you don’t want them to shrink in the tumble dryer. Caretaker on site was friendly and helpful and manager also good with quick responses.

This penthouse is stunning. So spacious, clean and the views are incredible. It felt so much like home though that we hardly every wanted to leave it and go for drives around.

Nice newly renovated apartment with a good amount of space and an incredible view out over the bay. Has everything you need to be comfortable and self cater as well. A good spot to explore Nice and the surrounding area!
