Fully equipped kitchen, excellent cleanliness, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The location is also great - close to the bus stop, train station, bakery, and beach. Keep in mind that Villefranche is known for its many stairs, which add to its charm, so comfortable shoes are a must.

Lack of air conditioning.

Great location for exploring Villefranche-sur-Mer! The staff was very responsive and helpful. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. Everything was clean, espresso machine ready for the morning. There aren’t any luggage lockers or advertised storage in Villefranche-sur-Mer, but the Welcome Hotel will store luggage for a fee 👍

It was all very good. Just be aware there are some narrow steps up to the apartment.

Great location and nice apartment with renovated kitchen & bathroom. Quiet location and apartment in close proximity to exploring Villefranche.

Check in process was terrible - incorrect communication about code for lock box. Had to call and was then sent check in information for a different property. Had to text and call back multiple times to obtain the correct code. Was never sent property information. Very disappointing & frustrating with luggage on the tiny street area, and ended up getting charged $100+ by cell phone company due to international calls and data use to resolve the apartment manager's mistakes. On top of that, cleanliness of apartment is in question - toilet was not cleaned prior to my arrival and floor felt sticky/unclean.
