Great hosts, beautiful property, and convenient location.

The hosts were exceptional, they were on the premises and very responsive. Location was modern, the grounds were well-kept, and the hot tub (while not extremely hot) was very relaxing. The room was clean and had all the conveniences you expect in a modern property. Plenty of parking on the premises. The host was knowledgeable and shared information about the area. The private patio was nice to relax in the early morning and late afternoon. It was very nice to have the convenience of a washer in the room itself. It was the perfect place to start many of our cycling routes.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that we would have liked a bigger bed. The bed was comfortable and we got used to the size, so it worked. Also, there is another bed in the other room that we could have used if we really needed more room. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would book it again!

Appartement moderne, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Situé dans un domaine agréable, il offre un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Le jacuzzi a été un vrai plus et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles.Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent choice for 4 nights in Nice

The location is excellent, especially if you rent a car. You can reach the centre of Nice in 10-15 min by car. The view of the location is amazing, right in the middle of nature. The apartment felt like brand new: immaculate cleanliness with modern bathroom and equipment. The terrace was lovely. Plenty of parking, too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

L'appartement était très propre, les hôtes sont adorables, les lits sont confortables. Nous y avons passé un séjour au calme, et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, nous avons pu admirer des couchers de soleil sublimes en toute détente ! Mention +++ pour la propriétaire qui est d'une gentillesse et d'une générosité rare Je recommande +++

Magnifique Domaine, accueil au Top !

Magnifique domaine niché à flanc de colline, en pleine nature, très calme mais également non loin des commerces (hypermarché à 5mnts en voiture). Hôtes adorables, très chaleureux, accueil très professionnel. Appartement neuf, très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...), déco soignée, literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable ! Jaccuzi situé en hauteur sur une très jolie terrasse, douche, transats... Bref, tout était PARFAIT !! Une adresse à conserver précieusement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Prachtige plek! Wij hebben hier overnacht voor een bezoek aan Monaco. Aanrader!

Mooie locatie om steden als Monaco, Nice en Menton te bezoeken. Supermarkt dichtbij, heerlijk chocolaterie in de buurt, zeker de moeite waard! Appartement is pas 4 maanden in gebruik, mooi afgewerkt en schoon! Je kunt de jacuzzi voor 1,5 uur reserveren zodat je er met je eigen gezin in kunt genieten. Heerlijk plekje zo tussen de bergen! Mochten we nog eens in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

Bed was misschien iets aan de harde kant, maar de rest maakt alles goed!

Schöne Auszeit

Uns haben die ruhige Lage und die liebenswerten Gastgeber sehr gefallen. Diese wohnen auch auf dem Gelände und haben uns tolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben. Wir waren vier Nächte dort und haben uns in unserem Häuschen mit großer Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage, die aus drei verschieden großen Gebäuden mit sieben Einheiten besteht, wurde erst vor zwei Monaten eröffnet und es stecken so viel Arbeit, Technik und Ideen darin. Parkplätze gibt es auf dem Grundstück, der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt, auch eine sehr feine Chocolaterie ist gleich um die Ecke und alles ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

Ein wenig unscheinbar ist die Zufahrt zu diesem Hanggrundstück. Die Hausnummer 157 steht nur auf einem ganz kleinen Schild. Vielleicht gibt es ja bald ein größeres Schild mit dem Namen „Baccia Donna“.
