The bedrooms include a super-king-size and a king-size, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a front lawn and roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to Wayland House for a delightful retreat to Derbyshire. There are many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Hardwick Hall to mention just a few, while the impressive caverns in nearby Castleton and Little John’s burial place in Hathersage are also well worth a visit. Take a trip to Buxton and visit the impressive Edwardian Opera House, designed by Frank Matcham, who also designed the London Palladium.
