Excellent value for money , good location easy walk into town . Great to have a parking space just needs care getting back on to road . Nice touch to put Christmas tree in cottage

End Cottage is a wonderful little house l. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you might need for a self-catering stay. The beds were comfy and two full bathrooms was a real bonus.
It wasn't a problem for us, but the cottage is set over 4 floors with steep stairs in-between each one. Equally, the cottage is up quite a steep hill from the town. Although only a 10 minute walk, if you had any mobility issues , this might be a bit of a problem.

Lots of room, especially for two of us! Would be brilliant for a family especially because of basement games room , I should think.
Great location to walk into Bakewell , tho a bit of a hilly walk.
Steepness of stairs and the large number of them might be a problem for those with mobility issues, but description shows they are there so should not be a shock
Parking was difficult as if drive into the space from the road then have to reverse onto what is sometimes a busy road with poor visibility from exit. Better to reverse in and then exit is much easier.
