Anna and her brother, Franco, were lovely hosts. Made us feel comfortable, assisted with a few AC issues and multiple recommendations with a reservation for dinner. Sono entrambi così gentili e simpatici! Grazie! Also, the location is super fast to port for ferry to Asinara and downtown/grocery store.

Overnight in Stintino

Clean facilities, large space, lovely authentic Italian house, breakfast provided. Host offered us to borrow his beach mats and umbrella which we returned after use.

A little difficult to find the right house but owner came out to greet us when I sent a message to say we'd arrived. Some of the pillows were a bit on the hard side.

Brilliant Place To Stay

Franco and Anna were exceptional hosts and treated us like beloved family. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the cherry on top is that they have all of the essentials for a trip to the beach such as towels, mats, and umbrellas. The A/C worked very well and was much appreciated considering the 32° heat while I was there. I would highly recommend staying with them!

Relaxing and calm stay

- The room was spotless and cleaned every day! - The host and his wife were really nice, welcoming and helpful. We managed to communicate quite well despite the language barrier:) - Breakfast was pretty good with quite a lot of options. - Great AC and wifi. - Nice location, calm and not far away from the Stintino city centre. Spiaggia La Pelosa is a few minutes away with a car. I was without a car, so I went with a scooter (around 4-5eu for a 10min ride) or by feet (around 30minutes if you walk quickly and it is quite a nice walk!)

Great brand new option to stay in Stintino

The hosts are super friendly, the property is brand new and everything worked as expected. The terrace is great, AC works as expected. Free parking around the property + 10 minutes walking to the village.

Tho we had the best coffee during the breakfast it was mostly sweet one, only ham and cheese for sour options. One more of a suggestion: to have some hooks in the room, would be nice to be able to hang towels :)

Everything was perfect. We recommend the stay 100% and will definitely come back ourselves.

Franco and his wife Elisa gave us a very warm welcome. The feeling of being welcome continued throughout the holiday. We didn't feel like we were just guests in a hotel, Franco and Elisa made us feel special and were very sensitive to our every need. They are by far the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered. The room is very new and very clean, we had a great view from the terrace. The whole complex was just perfect, we were very sad that we didn't book for longer.

Todo fue excelente, desde las habitaciones, el desayuno ofrecido y el personal. Nos sorprendió gratamente. En fotos parecía muy bonito pero para nuestra sorpresa en persona lo fue mucho más. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y en el desayuno te hacían sentir como en casa. Nuestro 10 muy merecido para ellos. Gracias y saludos desde el País Vasco, Udane y Hodei.

Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Franco und seine Frau führen das Appartement gemeinsam und sind super nett. Seine Frau richtet ein umfangreiches Buffet zum Frühstück her. Räume wirken neurenoviert und modern. Und sind mit Mückengittern an Türen und Fenstern ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung!

Jolie chambre ,pas loin du centre ,facile pour se garer, peti dej superbe

Accueil très agréable et très bien présenté. Chambres très jolies et confortables. Pret de matériel pour la plage sympathique. Petit déjeuner somptueux et de belle qualité servi par une dame très gentille et accueillante. Emplacement pratique pour garer la voiture. Situation sympa pour visiter dans le coin. Pas loin de la ville pour la restauration du soir ou visites bateau.

Traverser le couloir pour rejoindre les toilettes salle de bains, privative un peu genant car nous sommes dans une maison ou il y a d'autres résidents donc le seul bémol malheureusement.

Selten haben wir so eine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt. 10/10 Punkten wären eigentlich zu wenig, um zu beschreiben, wie wohl wir uns gefühlt haben. Von der ersten Minute an waren wir zu Hause. Besonders genossen wir unseren eigenen Bereich im Garten, in dem wir die ruhigen Abendstunden verbringen konnten, sowie das tolle Frühstück, das uns Anna zubereitet hat. Auch das Bett war eines der bequemsten, auf denen wir im Urlaub geschlafen haben. Wir danken euch von Herzen für alles und wissen: Wir werden immer wiederkommen. A casa di Franco

La terrazza esterna con vista sul mare.

A me è stata assegnata la camera n. 2 che era piccolissima in quanto c'era solo lo spazio per girare attorno al letto e nessun posto per le valigie; Orari colazione troppo ridotti (dalle 8 alle 9.30); Colazione scarsa perché veniva fornito solo una bevanda calda e delle brioches confezionate. Posizione un po defilata rispetto al centro di Stintino ma comodamente raggiungibile in auto in 2 minuti; Presenza di cinghiali nel parco verde attorno la struttura quindi può essere pericoloso. Insegna B&B nascosta e poco visibile.

Net of je gastvrij wordt ontvangen bij familie. Het uitzicht en dakterras waren geweldig en de host en zijn vrouw ontzettend lief. Spraken geen Engels maar waren heel behendig met Google translate. Heeft ons een geweldig restaurant aangeraden en voor ons gereserveerd en we werden daar als ere gasten ontvangen. Echt heerlijk gegeten bij Bolina 55

De kamer is echt heel klein en de badkamer zeer ruim. Maar het dakterras was enorm groot dus zie dat meer als leefruimte

Séjour sympathique, agréable, propre et bien situé.

La localisation est super, près de la pelosa, et dans un joli cadre. Le personnel est super sympathique, que ce soit le propriétaire ou la dame qui s’occupe du nettoyage (mention spéciale pour elle, c’était un amour). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient super propres.

La chambre est légèrement petite c’était un peu compliqué de s’y déplacer comme nous avions beaucoup d’affaires mais rien de trop grave.

Magnifique séjour

Vraiment merveilleux proche La Pelosa Logement bien décoré avec beaucoup de charme, lit très confortable et salle de bain magnifique, terrasse avec vue sur la mer, logement très calme. Très bon accueil par Franco et Maria qui sont aux petits soins : conseil de restaurants, prêt de parasol, serviette pour la plage. Le petit déjeuner était aussi excellent avec gâteaux faits maison. Merci à nos hôtes nous recommandons ce logement à 100%
