Amazing! I would recommend a stay at this hotel!

We loved our stay, the room was perfect. The location was amazing, close to the best beaches and yet walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The decor was authentic and stylish and very comfortable. Two amazing patio to sit out to enjoy a drink!

The only thing we can suggest would be a coffee maker; either in the room or in a common area.

The location was great in the middle of stintino with free parking nearby and many restaurants and bar. the room was ok and the staff was nice

we didn’t have the sense to be in a clean place, is a family run business and you can see also by the way they wash the laundy, all in house.

However downstairs had their radio/tv going all night and the window rattled in the room anytime someone went out the front door. No breakfast to be found and no one to ask. Cheap, but pay more and get a decent nights sleep.

A short stint in Stintino

Good location opposite the small harbour and near the bus stop. I booked a single room and got a family size! Good value and comfortable room. Breakfast was typical continental: coffee & croissant.

I had a bit of trouble with the entrance. I arrived at what I thought to be the main door of the B&B and rang the bell but no reply so contacted the number given. It turned out that the entrance door I arrived at was not the open entrance. I was given directions in Italian, I do speak some of the language but still had trouble finding it! After some minutes I realised it was actually the cafe/restaurant entrance round the corner! It was all very laid back greetings, like they weren't really prepared, didn't ask for any ID documents either. The entrance to the accommodation was actually through a sliding door inside the cafe to outside steps leading up to the rooms on the first floor. Very bizarre. But that's probably partly down to out of season tourism in Sardinia. Anyway after all that it turned out fine!

Friendly staff. Good value - we had an economy double & it was fine. There was a seating area on the terrace by the room & racks where we could dry clothes. The B&B is linked to the café which fronts onto the harbour & it provided a good, inclusive breakfast. Staff were happy to provide secure bike storage for the two of us. The restaurant next door was also good.

Difficult parking; room had the worst smell + giant flies + broken fan + stone mattresses + right above the only restaurant in town open. I left and rebooked another location. Lost money but not sleep!

Superb

The room was well furnished and very clean. There were lovely views of the harbour from the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside where the views were beautiful.

Everything was very good, just had a little difficulty locating the place, it might be an idea to say it was above the Musica cafe which was easy to spot.

Simple but very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The view of the harbour from the cafe was lovely. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving beach mats and umbrellas for guests to borrow. It is located very close to the harbour where the boat tours depart from as well as buses to get to/from Alghero and La Pelosa beach.

Cousy place in the middle of Stintino!

Spacious, well furnished room. A lot of sockets, A/C was working perfectly. Helpful and friendly staff, great coffee by the breakfast. Great location, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Free parking spots on the street. few minutes drive to La Pelosa beach.

Towels had weird smell.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Cose davvero ammirevoli sono state: 1) l'estrema gentilezza del proprietario e dello staff, che non solo ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in last minute a tarda ora, ma ci hanno anche concesso di lasciare dei prodotti da frigo nel loro ristorante di proprietà il giorno del check-out, mentre eravamo in spiaggia alla Pelosa, (evitando così che il cibo andasse a male)! 2) La stanza era piccola ma confortevole, con aria condizionata e tv ben funzionanti, pressione della doccia (con acqua calda) perfetta. Rapporto qualità-prezzo straordinario, per un last minute in pieno agosto a Stintino! 3) Lo stesso proprietario ha anche un ristorante, non provato per ragioni di tempo... Ma l'impressione, vedendo i piatti, è stata buona: mi sono fermata giusto a prendere una birra, all'ora di ritirare il cibo che avevano gentilmente tenuto in frigo. 4) La posizione in pieno centro, ma non in mezzo al chiasso dei locali.

Si potrebbero migliorare due aspetti: 1) la qualità dei materassi e delle reti non è il top. Ma consideriamo che è un alloggio di categoria non superior... e comunque a un ottimo prezzo. 2) Purtroppo, aprendo l'armadio, c'era un forte odore di chiuso, che si potrebbe migliorare con un deodorante per armadi o utilizzando dei prodotti per la pulizia profumati. Ma comunque questi sono dettagli irrisori, rispetto ai vantaggi!

Posizione ottimale a pochi passi dal centro con negozi alimentari vicinissimi. Tutto praticabile a piedi. Camera ampia metratura, Climatizzatore presente e piccolo frigorifero, vuoto, in camera da poter riporre proprie bevande. Doccia spaziosa. Servizio efficiente cordiale.... un plauso ai due ragazzi brasiliani che organizzano tutte incombenze per le stanze del luogo e sono sempre disponibili e gentili con un sorriso. Disponibili a deposito bagagli nelle ore precedenti al check in e successive al check out Tutto sommato Esperienza positiva... lo consiglierei...

Non di recente costruzione e priva di parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio era comunale nella speranza di trovarlo al rientro in camera... Check in troppo tardi ore 13.00 per chi sbarca la mattina dai vari porti... Non comprende la colazione.
