Staff was excellent with positive willingness to help, smiling from the heart and delicious breakfast...and more.... We struggled to communicate in English but the staff did their best to sort our needs such as booking restaurants, arranging taxies, opinion about what to do. Especially the elderly lady at the reception has full of energy. You can get surfing classes too...

Coffee served at the beginning of breakfast. Do It was getting cold and no oat milk option. I prefer at the end as I am not italian,

Location was okay, breakfast really good

Room was incredibly small, couldn’t even get both suitcases open at the same time. Bed were uncomfortable and room was very run down and dirty (stains everywhere, hairs found in the shower, lots of dust everywhere).

Great place, great location. The host is super pleasant and he helped us to tell the best places of the city, as well how to take the ticket of the bus. Definitely recommend this place, its the heart of the city! P.s. Just keep it in your mind that as its the heart of the city at night is not so much peaceful. But we didn't mind, we enjoyed to hear the city flowing 😊

Local muito agradável, perto de tudo na vila, pessoal gentil e agradável, limpeza e instalações ótimas, café da manhã muito bom, único problema é não ter estacionamento, conseguimos vagas nas proximidades sem muita dificuldade, mas porque já era setembro, imagino que na alta temporada seria muito difícil.
