Really enjoyed the location. Great Place!

Good location. The breakfast was minimal pre-packaged items, which helps if you didn't plan anything else. A better option is to have a breakfast in the nice village.

Parking was OK during June. This could be challenging in August. I have to see for myself and come back to this really nice place.

The room was very comfortable and a great location. They were very accommodating with our last minute booking and changing plans. Stintino is lovely and this was a great, affordable place to stay.

Good location with a fairly comfortable bed and size. Ilaria was really friendly and helped every time we asked her about an information - thank you Ilaria!

We chose this place because of the good breakfast comments. During Covid-times they said, that the breakfast is going to be served in a bar near by. When we arrived there, they told us that the breakfast consist of a croissant and a coffee. Compared to the buffet we red in the ratings, this is a too easy Solution in our opinion…. Other B&B around the corner are serving proper breakfast. If you are looking for a place with good breakfast, you should choose this place after Covid-times

Ottima struttura per una vacanza comoda!

Tutto perfetto. Siamo stati accolti dalla Signora, che è sempre stata presente e fornito consigli. La posizione della struttura ottima, situata proprio al centro di Stintino. Vicino c’è il parcheggio libero o altrimenti lungo la strada. Il frigo e congelatore sono in comune. Camera molto pulita e accogliente.

Un consiglio che posso dare per migliorare la struttura è risistemare il bagno, mi riferisco alle pareti perché si sta staccando la pittura.

Einzig positiver Aspekt war die Lage im Ort, zentral.

Die gesamte Wohnung mit den drei Unterkünften war sehr hellhörig. Abgesehen davon, daß man die Gäste der anderen Zimmer sehr deutlich gehört hat, war es insgesamt laut: Im Hinterhof stand eine Pumpe, die auch nachts lautstark angesprungen ist. Zusätzlich gab es im Gemeinschaftsraum einen (Münz-) Kaffeeautomaten, der uns morgens bei Betätigung durch die Mitbewohner unsanft geweckt hat. Im Zimmer gab es notdürftig mit Klebeband abgedeckte Schimmelflecken. Insgesamt waren Bad und Zimmer sehr klein. Wir sind, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben und aufgrund des Lärms schlecht geschlafen haben, nach einer Nacht verfrüht abgereist.

Pulizia scarsa,biancheria bagno in 10 giorni sostituita una volta sola così come quella del letto, materasso usurato con molle che si sentivano dietro la schiena, finestra e tapparella rotte e poco sicure, box doccia minuscolo. L’ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno la titolare ci ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno pur avendola già pagata tramite Booking,per fortuna dopo aver sentito l’assistenza tutto risolto.

La habitación estaba muy bien

El alojamiento si que estaba bien, lo que es la habitación. Sin embargo, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y no hay nadie en la recepción. Se supone que incluye desayuno y cuando pregunté ni me respondieron. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con las llaves, que fue error nuestro, pero las encontramos, sin embargo, la encargada de las habitaciones se lo dijo a todo el pueblo y no sienta muy bien tampoco. El trato es nulo sobretodo por parte de la encargada
