La ubicación está en el centro del pueblo de Stintino, una zona muy tranquila y agradable, justo a una calle del puerto y de la zona comercial y de restauración. El alojamiento cuenta con una habitación de dos camas individuales (matrimonio) y una cama individual, dos mesas de noche, armario, mesa, TV, mini nevera, un baño con ducha equipado de lo esencial y necesario, y una terraza con mesa y sillas y cuerda para tender la ropa. El personal del alojamiento fue muy atento y amable.
