The view was nice if you look over the resturent that was direct below the terrace

No information about the apartment was direct above a resturant. There was a smell of cooking every day. the first day we could not open the door, the smell was too much. The swimming pool was under reconstruction, not open.

As a solo traveler, with a small dog, Residence Le Vele was the perfect property for a relaxing and comfortable stay!!

The property was very nice, certainly pet friendly and only 2/3 minute walk to the Cala Lupo beach. Room was comfortable (especially the bed and pillows) and very private which was perfect. Fabiola was so kind and helpful during my stay.

There are no complaints I can make about the property.

Vista meravigliosa!

L’appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve per stare una settimana in vacanza. La vista sul mare è splendida ed il terrazzo grande. La posizione è ottima perché vicina al centro abitato di Stintino. Con la macchina si raggiungono velocemente tutte le spiagge ed i servizi.

Purtroppo è posizionata sopra ad un ristorante, quindi c’è spesso odore di cucinato e fritto, e musica da ora di pranzo in poi. Con le finestre chiuse non si sente nulla, ma se si vuole approfittare del bellissimo balcone può dare fastidio.

Situado en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Mucho silencio y tranquilidad al coger el apartamento con vistas al jardín. Mucho sitio para aparcar en las inmediaciones Muy cerca dela pelosa y del pueblo de stintino como tal.

Había muchos mosquitos Gata una mosquitera en la ventana grande y quizás una tostadora para el pan del desayuno.

Silvia sei un'ottima host!

Silvia è stata un'ottima host, ci ha fatto un bel check-in e dato dei consigli super utili. Si è messa a disposizione per tutto! Camera vista mare un po' piccina ma funzionale, la vista ed il balcone compensavano tutto. La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, vicino al centro (in auto 4 minuti a piedi un po' lontano) a 6 minuti di auto dalla Spiaggia La Pelosa, 14 minuti da Ezzi Mannu e 9 minuti dalla Spiaggia Le Saline. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un supermercato.

Die ganze Wohnung und Anlage ist unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig

Die Küchenmöbel waren defekt und das Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Alle scheinen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und schlecht gepflegt. Garten und die Terrasse dagegen waren fantastisch. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. Es sollte mehr in die Ausstattung und Renovierung investiert werden.

Die Ausstattung war minimalistisch und das Möbel war kaputt. Vor allen Ding die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Pace e relax

Bellissima esperienza presso la struttura, ottima posizione e staff gentile. Appartamento accogliente con vista mare strepitosa. Il ristorante proprio sotto la struttura è eccellente, offrono anche un piccolo sconto per i clienti del residence. Ambiente tranquillo e sereno adatto per le famiglie e per chi ha voglia di passare una vacanza in completo relax. Parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte al residence. Consigliatissimo.

All' arrivo, la segnaletica della reception della struttura non era presente , abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà per trovarla. L'appartamento non era perfettamente pulito, purtroppo la nostra terrazza, che dava proprio sul ristorante all' aperto, mancava di privacy e giungevano tutti gli odori della cucina, per non parlare della fuliggine del forno per le pizze che, in giornate ventose, sporca tutto ciò che c'è esposto. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il tavolo esterno proprio per questo motivo. A parte questo tutto ok

Posizione e accoglienza della struttura ottima! Il bagno da rivedere.

La posizione, la verandina, lo staff gentile disponibile e accogliente. Parcheggio sempre libero di fronte alla stanza. C’era il kit con spugna e detersivo per lavare i piatti utilizzati. Kit cortesia anche in bagno.

Purtroppo a momenti ci sono risalite e si sente l’odore della fogna in camera. La doccia è aperta, senza porta né tenda e rivolta verso il wc/bidet. Impossibile lavarsi senza allagare tutto il bagno e senza portare acqua con le ciabatte nella camera. Diventava uno schifo dopo ogni doccia e il bagno impraticabile se ci volevi riandare a breve

Gran potenziale

Punti forti sicuramente il balconcino con vista mare e la posizione: proprio fuori il residence c'è la fermata dei bus che funzionano benissimo, sono collegati al paese ed anche alle spiagge più famose. Comodissimo lo stendino per i panni e nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato anche un ombrellone e delle stuoiette per la spiaggia. Molto gentile la ragazza che ci ha accolto e che ci ha consigliato spiagge, ristoranti ed escursioni. Inoltre c'è stato un problema con i condizionatori della struttura, ma è stato risolto abbastanza velocemente nonostante fossimo nel weekend.

Il bagno era senza finestra ma con un areatore, il problema è che quando questo veniva acceso rilasciava cattivo odore. Potrebbero essere aggiunte alcune piccolezze come per esempio almeno una tovaglia per la tavola e uno strofinaccio per la cucina, c'era un piccolo kit per lavare i piatti (molto utile), però non c'era nulla per asciugare. Magari anche uno specchio a figura intera.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in den Norden von Sardinien

Silvia war eine fantastische Gastgeberin, unser persönliches Highlight zu der Unterkunft. Bad war neu, Ausstattung mit Klima, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Wäscheständer und TV gut. Parksituation super, Bushaltestelle (zB nach La Pelosa) direkt vor der Haustür, mit dem Auto nach Stintino nicht weit.

Das Bett hatte eine Memory-Foam-Matratzen, womit wir persönlich nicht gut zurecht kamen. Das WLAN war sporadisch weg und die ganze Einrichtung ist schon was älter, wenn auch gut erhalten.

War die Reise wert.

Mit Navi problemlos zu finden, genügend Parkplätze, problemlose Kommunikation (italienisch oder englisch) via WhatsApp, Terrasse mit Meerblick (Sonnenaufgang um ca. 06:00), Restaurant direkt unterhalb, ruhige Wohngegend, mit Auto gute Erreichbarkeit verschiedener Strände in der Umgebung, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Abends Küchengeruch vom Restaurant auf der Terrasse (wird v.a. die App. 5 - 8 betreffen), Bad immer nur für 1 Person nutzbar (sonst okay).

Muy buena ubicación, la terraza muy cómoda y espaciosa, fácil aparcamiento, vistas muy bonitas además de bar / cafetería con vistas al mar. El personal del complejo nos ayudó a localizar la ubicación del apartamento

Nos costó localizar el apartamento porque no estaba numerado. Tenía un enchufe roto en la cocina por lo que enchufamos el tostador en la mesita de noche. Te hacen hincapié en la limpieza y no te proporcionan ni ballena, estropajo.... No suficiente papel higiénico para 4 personas en 4 días, ni cambio de toallas si no lo pides. Recomendable productos básicos para la cocina como sal, azúcar...

Bellissimo soggiorno a Stintino

Struttura molto carina, curata nei minimi dettagli, kit pulizia cucina dato in dotazione, tende oscuranti (non scontate), aria condizionata funzionante, comoda e accogliente, portico esterno con giardino molto carino, vicinanza a tutte le attrazioni presenti nella zona (spiaggia Pelosa a 5 minuti di macchina). Disponibilità della proprietaria

Forse andrebbe delimitata maggiormente lo spazio esterno tra le varie casette, avendo i bimbi piccoli sarebbe stata più funzionale avere delle recinzioni più efficaci.

Silvia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. auch immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Die Meeraussicht war genial. Das Restaurant im Haus war sehr gut und freundlich.

Das Apartment war abgewohnt, die Bilder nicht entsprechend was wir wirklich vorgefunden haben. Der mühl war auf den Parkplatz verteilt, wurde dann erst nach zwei Tage weggeräumt. Es war nicht sauber und wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Frische Handtücher gab es nur gegen 15,- aufpreis, so wie alles anderer auch. Wir waren genau über der Küche, lärm und Geruchbelätigung. Die sehr kleine Küche war nicht voll ausgestattet, keine Kaffemaschine, und keine möglichkeit irgendwo frühstücken zu gehen.
